Hello, I’m Mia, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Fort Worth, Texas. I have four years of clinical experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tarleton State University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Texas Wesleyan University.
I value self-awareness, empathy, honesty, and accountability, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. I believe meaningful connection often comes from recognizing shared human experiences, and I’m grateful to do this work professionally.
I work with women of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, life transitions, or past trauma. Many clients wish they could return to who they were before things changed—but healing isn’t about going back; it’s about growing forward. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward greater peace and fulfillment.
Anxiety can impact daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Through therapy, we work to identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and build emotional regulation skills to reduce symptoms and restore balance.
Depression can affect mood, energy, and daily functioning. Through therapy, we work to understand contributing factors, build coping skills, and support emotional healing and stability.
Self-esteem concerns can influence emotional well-being and decision-making. In therapy, we work to identify negative self-beliefs and develop healthier, more balanced self-perception.
